I don't really think I can be a legit fashion blogger let alone a true Gyaru one. I'm not always poised and fashionable and I have a lot of baduy (tacky) moments. I don't have enough clothes and shoes to not repeat them so I feel very lucky when I get the chance to wear free stuff from sponsors.

Comes a time in any blogger or camwhore's life when we take photos of ourselves under the influence of something. I never knew how amusing it was to look at photos of myself that I took after a whole night of drinking with my siblings.

Eyelash Extensions

I've tried eyelash extensions before but they were the worst thing I ever did to my lashes (from Azta katip)  and since then I've avoided them like a plague. I'm not really sure if there are good lash extension salons here in the Philippines.

I'm actually torn between Mode and Sweet/Casual style Gyaru all the time. Mode is more applicable if you have a corporate job like when I did Marketing and PR for a cosmetics brand. I can't seem to let go of the dolly/cutesy look though! Oh well! I must eventually evolve to pure Mode since it is the go-to look for older gals hehehe!

Mod Gyaru

During my last salon visit (2 weeks ago) the stylist got carried away and cut my hair shorter than intended. After months of patiently growing my hair out- I am back to square 1! There's not a lot of styling options to choose from with this kind of cut.

Mode gyaru shoot

I wanted to showcase the sophisticated and mature side of Gyaru fashion which is called Mode. Hence this is my attempt at Mode Gyaru.

I don't really consider myself a Gyaru expert so all you trolls and Gyaru know-it-alls can move along now!

I just really appreciate asian style- Gyaru most of all and I would like to let people know more about it.
