My Review

I think drinking these actually helped me become more mindful of what I eat! hahaha! Even if I didn't really exercise I noticed it helped slim down my midsection. I have a really gross pooch from eating too much junkfood so this helped a bit with that one. I think that with a good diet and some exercise, these products can definitely help speed up your weight-loss journey. I liked that there are no crazy chemical ingredients, I did not get heart palpitations or dehydrated like most diet/slimming pills out in the market today.
