I'm channeling my inner rock diva with Too Cool For School's latest Glam Rock Makeup Collection. Today I will be reviewing 3 products from this collection namely their Glam Rock Urban Shadow in 04 Moody Nude, Glam Rock Extreme Color Eyes in 01 Ecstasy (black) and Glam Rock Smoky Nudy Lip Color in 02 Satin Beige.

Review
Glam Rock Extreme Color Eyes Eyeliner in 01 Ecstasy (black) - This is a slim brush type liner with a clicker thing at the bottom that you use to dispense more ink at the tip. I actually like this function since it prevents too much spare eyeliner ink from drying out the brush and making it hard to apply product later on. The brush tip is thin enough to allow precision and control although this isn't as thin as lets say other slim brush liners out in the market that I've used. The pigmentation of the liner is good but you might need to layer more of this to get a true opaque black . It has tiny flecks of glitter on it but once applied the glitter won't be as visible or obvious. This isn't the darkest black liquid eyeliner that I've used though but the brush tip is softer compared to my Dolly Wink one since my Dolly Wink brush tip dries out easily sometimes and can tug my eyelids. If I want more precision and a thinner line then I might be better of using a different type of eyeliner but if I'm going for a bold and flirty cat eye then I'd reach for this. Lately I seem to be using this more and more to be honest.
Glam Rock Urban Shadow in 04 Moody Nude- This shimmery nude/beige shadow is perfect for highlighting the brow bone, the inner corners of the eyes and as a base color for the whole lid which I did for this look. Since this is a light nude color- this showed up better with eye primer as you can see from the swatches above. Pigmentation is ok and it lasted pretty well provided that I used a primer for it otherwise this wore off pretty easily on my oily lids if I used it alone.
Glam Rock Smoky Nudy Lip Color in 02 Satin Beige- This lipstick blew me away! This is so creamy and pigmented and has a satin-like finish. Did I say how pigmented it is? It is sooo gorgeous and this definitely makes me want to try more lipstick shades from this brand. It is so comfortable to wear, did not dry out my lips and long lasting for this type of formulation. I tried this on my mom's dark/pigmented lips and it did a great job of concealing her pigmentation completely so this color would work great to even out dark lips also.
Overall Take
There might be a lot of Korean brands out in the market today but Too Cool For School definitely holds its own.

What sets it apart from the rest I think is its sophisticated yet quirky designs which takes its inspiration from contemporary art and (I think) a bit of street style. The first flagship store of TCFS-Philippines opened at SM Mall of Asia last April 19, 2013. The second opened at SM North Edsa last July 19 and its third store opened at SM BF Paranaque last Nov 29, 2013.
