Last month I was given the opportunity to try some supplements from Power and Beauty Bio Aesthetiq Essentials. Here is my unbiased review of their Source Naturals Sublingual Glutathione after finishing one bottle.
I'm actually fair skinned to begin with (MAC NC 25-20) so you're probably wondering why I would still take Glutathione despite the fact....These were given to me for review and aside from its whitening benefits, Glutathione is a very potent antioxidant so it is also good for anti-aging. I am nuts about anti-aging products since I firmly believe that prevention is better than cure when it comes to skincare.

First lets discuss what is sublingual Glutathione and what makes it different from oral glutathione?
What the sublingual tablet looks like
Before and after a month of usage (1-2 tabs daily) Sorry for the lighting disparity but I think you can still see the improvement with regards to skintone (pinkish tinge instead of yellow/dull color) and the lips part. For your reference my foundation shade is MAC NC 20 before using this glutathione product so it's pretty light already.

Cons
- The sublingual tablet dissolves slowly. Hard to keep saliva in your mouth while waiting for the product to be dissolved and absorbed (patience is required)
Overall Take
I didn't really expect to get any whiter since I am quite fair already. I was looking forward to the anti-aging and other skin benefits but I think I did get whiter especially on my limbs part. My skin usually has that chinese yellowy undertone that can sometimes look unhealthy/sallow but after a month's use of this my complexion has improved considerably! I think I even have a sorta pinkish white tone now. My upper lips are dark on the outer corners also and although it didn't lighten that part I've noticed that my lips have become more pink/rosy.
My only real gripe about this is the dissolving-under-your-tongue part since that takes awhile and I'm quite impatient with these things! hahaha! It's not really a major issue thought since I'd take these over needles any day!
Would I recommend this to you guys? Yes! but please have realistic expectations especially if you have a dark/tanned complexion. Don't expect to become whiter immediately.
