I am so hooked on this photo editing app called PicsArt! It has lots of awesome filters/effects! My favorite one is Holga 1(2nd photo) and Holga 2(1st photo). It's available for iphone and Android so hurrah! Download it now! :p Camera360 is awesome too but I prefer PicsArt since you can tweak each effect/filter according to preference plus it looks more artsy :p
